All Purpose Thieves Spray Cleaner
Add 1-2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner concentrate to a 16 ounce spray bottle. Fill with water. You may adjust the amount of Thieves Cleaner as desired. Add a few drops of Citrus Fresh or lemon essential oil if you like.
Glass and Mirror Cleaner
1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
5 drops Young Living Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
3 cups distilled water
Add all ingredients to a 24 oz. spray bottle. Shake before using. Use a flat weave microfiber cloth for best results when cleaning glass and mirrors
Extra Strength Window Cleaner
Mix equal amounts of water and white vinegar in a spray bottle. Add 3-5 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil. Use a flat weave microfiber cloth for best results.
Tub, Sink and General Purpose Natural Scrub
Mix together baking soda and Thieves Concentrated Cleaner to make a paste. You may add water if you wish. Mix to desired consistency. Add some borax for tough stains and grime. Optional: Add a few drops of lemon essential oil.
Thieves Room Freshening Spray
In a 2 ounce glass spray bottle, add 14 drops of Thieves Essential Oil, 2 drops clove essential oil, 1 drop cinnamon bark essential oil and 2 drops orange essential oil. Fill with water. Swirl to combine.
General Purpose Floor Cleaner*
1 cup distilled water
3/4 cup rubbing alcohol
3/4 cup vinegar
2 drops of Thieves Dish Soap or Thieves Household Cleaner
Optional: 3 drops of Young Living Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
Add all ingredients to a spray bottle (20 oz or larger) Shake gently. Spray on microfiber cloth and attach cloth to mop stick.
*test in an inconspicuous spot to make sure this is compatible with your floor finish. You may reduce or eliminate the rubbing alcohol for wood floors.
Under The Rim Toilet Bowl Cleaner
1/2 cup baking soda (Use only 1/4 cup if you have a small squeeze bottle.-or sprinkle in separately)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup peroxide
1/4 cup Thieves Household Cleaner or Dish Soap
15 drops of Young Living Essential Oil such as Tea Tree, Thieves, Evergreen Essence, Pine, Purification or Citrus Fresh
Using a funnel, add all ingredients to a plastic squeeze bottle. Shake before using.
Baking Soda Inside The Toilet Bowl Cleanser
Fill a 2 cup mason jar almost to the top with baking soda. Add 6-12 drops of Citrus Fresh. Cover with the regular lid. Shake Well. Replace with Shaker lid when you are ready to use. Keep regular lid on when not in use.
Granite Cleaner
Add 3-6 Tablespoons rubbing alcohol to an 8 oz. spray bottle. Fill almost to the top with distilled water.
Add 10-20 drops of Young Living Essential Oil such as Pine, Cypress or Evergreen Essence
Stainless Steel Cleaner
Fill a 7-8 ounce glass or aluminum spray bottle with 1 capful of Thieves Cleaner, 1/4 cup fractionated coconut oil and water. Shake before using.
Wall Cleaner
Mix 2 Tablespoons of borax with 2 cups of warm water and 1-2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner. Add to a spray bottle or just use Thieves Household Cleaner diluted in a spray bottle.
Kitchen Sink Cleaner
Sprinkle baking soda, a few drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil and optionally, a few squirts of Thieves Dish Liquid or Castile Soap in the sink.
Scrub with a sponge and rinse.
Odor Eliminator
Fill a shallow bowl with baking soda or vinegar. Add a few drops of essential oil. Suggestions: Purification, Citrus Fresh, Eucalyptus, Pine, Evergreen Essence, Lemongrass, Jade Lemon. Also, diffuse Essential Oil- Especially Purification and Kunzea.
Odor Eliminator Purification Spray
In an 8 ounce glass spray bottle, add 40-45 drops of Purification Essential Oil, one teaspoon of vodka or grain alcohol, (both optional) and fill with water.
Grout Cleaner
Make a paste of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and a few drops of Thieves Household Cleaner. Scrub into grout with a soft brush testing a small area first. You may spray more hydrogen peroxide on top. Let sit 15-30 minutes and then rinse off.
Note: This can get messy so only do a small area at a time.
Fabric Softener
Add 1/4-1/2 cup vinegar to the fabric softener dispenser of your washing machine during the rinse cycle.
All Natural Bleach
1 1/2 cups of 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/2 cup lemon juice
10-12 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
Almost 1 gallon distilled water
Mix all ingredients in a gallon jug. Gently Shake. Transfer to preferred glass bottles. Use about 1 cup in your laundry wash cycle.
Laundry Booster
Add 1/2 cup washing soda to the washing machine in addition to Thieves natural laundry soap.
Did You Know…
Always test all cleaners on an inconspicuous spot to be sure they are compatible with your surfaces. Full strength essential oils may wear away at paint and varnished surfaces. Always dilute essential oils when making cleaners.
You can make an amazing smelling Pumpkin Spice Scented Thieves Cleaner. Simply add 10 drops of orange essential oil, 5 drops of cinnamon bark essential oil, and 2 drops each of clove, nutmeg and ginger essential oils.
