For the following recipes, use a 1 or 2 ounce glass spray bottle, depending how strong you would like the spray. Add the essential oils to the empty spray bottle. Then fill almost to the top with distilled water or a combination of witch hazel and distilled water. An alternative idea is to mix the oils in coconut oil or shea butter to create a lotion/cream base. Do not worry about getting the amount exact. You can add more or less oil as you like.
