Here are ten ideas to increase your energy, focus and alertness:
1-Place a drop of Peppermint Essential Oil in the palm of your hand and rub on the back of your neck and shoulders. Then cup your hands over your nose and breathe in deeply. You may add a drop of orange essential oil to the peppermint when you do this.
2-Put a tiny drop of Peppermint Vitality Oil in a large (24-36 ounce) glass of water. Sip on this water while enjoying a small piece of dark chocolate.
3-Diffuse citrus oils such as Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Citrus Fresh, Tangerine. You may also want to try Peppermint, Spearmint or Cinnamon Bark.
4-Open Windows and breathe in fresh air. Take a walk around the block or at least get outdoors for a few minutes. Try to catch some sunshine.
5-Move. Play Music. Dance. Go up and down the stairs a few times. Stretch. Do a yoga pose. Go on the treadmill for 10 minutes. You can do anything for ten minutes.
